At-Home Family Session with Iggy Winky

Three weeks before packing their belongings into boxes and moving out of the city, Sharon reached out to me to plan their very first at-home family session. Also a photographer, Sharon mentioned how she felt like she was always behind the camera — this was the perfect excuse to change that! I met them at their Vancouver apartment bright and early at 8 am. Frankie was super excited to play her ukulele for me + Marlow was fully immersed in taking photos of his best bud, Iggy Winky. Some of their most amazing memories were made in this apartment and we made sure to include them in the session — the doorframe growth chart, the way the light streaks across the floor every morning, and the bathtub that Marlow was born in.
